Prices
Our prices and the delivery cost applied to your order may change from time to time. The prices displayed on the website corresponds to prices applied by other online shops. Some slight variations may occur. All prices are in CHF and apply to all countries.

Products
Some products displayed on DBS shop are fully handmade (VPTC) please note that some variations may occur in terms of colours and finishes.

Delivery
DBS shop updates the customer about availability and delivery time for each orders if not stated on the web shop.
The product is shipped only once the payment has been fully received by DBS shop.
The shipping cost, including any taxes and fees, shall be borne by the customer.
Any and all costs levied upon DBS shop due to incorrect address or failure to accept delivery will be charged to the customer.
Once dispatched, the delivery time is usually 1-3 days when the product is in stock.
If the product is not in stock, the lead time is about 6 weeks.
Outside Switzerland, the deliveries are made through UPS or Fedex, door to door, in order to avoid bad surprises.

Damages
In the event of obvious damages to product packaging at delivery, the customer needs to open the package together with the courier to make sure that the product is intact. 
In case of damages are identified, the product delivery should be rejected and the customer must immediately contact DBS shop with pictures of the packaging and the good.
The product can be then replaced or refund.

Returns
Products can be returned to the address stated below no longer than 8 days upon reception.
The item, including its original packaging, must be in perfect state.
No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement.
Please use a “box in a box” shipment method in order to avoid any damages that may occur. 
All returns cost including any taxes and eventual damages must be borne by the customer.

Confidentiality of Data
This web shop is supplied by big cartel.
Your data is used exclusively for the proper handling of your order and to improve DBS shop services. DBS shop will treat your data confidentially and will not make it available to third parties unless it is necessary to process the data by third parties elsewhere at home or in a foreign country for operational reasons, in which the third parties are obliged to maintain confidentiality of the data by contract. Your use of the products or services offered by DBS shop is connected to your agreement with the data processing described herein.

Miscellaneous
The customer visits and uses the Web Shop on its own risk. DBS shop shall have no liability whatsoever for any damage caused to the customer’s computer hardware, software or other equipment due to viruses, worms or similar contracted from the Web Site.

Governing Law
In case of dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, it is the Swiss law, exclusively, that will be applicable to any litigation between the parties. 
The place of jurisdiction will be the canton of Berne.
